LOVE AT FIRST BITE! DISTINCTIVE, REGIONAL, DELICIOUS.

Local products inspired by recipes from international sailors and freshly cooked by our kitchen crew. All our products that find their way onto the plates and into the glasses of our hotel are carefully selected. Quality, regionality, and the relationship with the people behind these products are crucial to our choice. Together with our local heroes, we share a special passion for food and drink!

Our opening hours:

Open daily - Breakfast: 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM (weekends until 11:00 AM) | Lunch (choice of menu): Monday & Tuesday 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM (Wed to Sun closed at noon, lunch is available at BOATHOUSE on these days) | Dinner: 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Due to high demand, we ask for table reservations at Tel.: +49 4852 - 839 49 71 .

Breakfast

Look forward to tomorrow!
A good start to the day begins with a lot of West Coast for breakfast. Varied and different. For our versatile breakfast buffet with many regional products, we charge 19.00 EUR per person per day. External guests are also very welcome – for them, we charge 25.00 EUR per person.

Lunch

Experience a changing variety of delicious lunch dishes! With us, it’s quick and without much fuss – because nobody has time for long waits at lunchtime!

Every Monday and Tuesday from 13:00 to 15:00 in the OUTER ROADS restaurant.

Wednesday to Sunday in the BOATHOUSE from 12:00 noon (the OUTER ROADS is closed at lunchtime).

 

Dinner

We leave the fancy stuff to others. Our dishes are honest and mostly made from regional ingredients – always inspired by international influences.
By the way: "Outer Roads" – in German, "Außenreede," is a waiting/anchoring place for ships. Outside our door (Elbe estuary) lies the significant "Brunsbüttel Roads," a meeting point for ships and crews from all over the world! Enough reason to bring this international flair to OUTER ROADS and onto the plates!

Due to high demand, we ask for table reservations.
